We need advice on how to conduct remote classes.

We are researching ways to reach our learners without face to face interaction so that we are able to continue our mission to improve Literacy on the Shore. We need your help in identifying ways that we can do that-given the spotty internet service here. We have used Zoom successfully with DSL and fiber but are unsure if that would work using satellite services. If you have used Zoom or another visual networking solution via satellite internet can you please let us know how it worked? Have you used a service with a community "hot spot"? Any advice is welcome and much appreciated.
