Working with Adult Learners Online Course

If you are a teacher or former tutor and would like to teach adults how to read, all you need to do is to complete ProLiteracy's online course, “Working with Adult Learners”.  The content of the course provides an overview of the adult learner and reviews effective strategies for teaching. Once you have completed the course, you will receive a certificate and you will be ready to be matched with an adult learner.  Please call the Eastern Shore Literacy Council at 789-1761 so that we can provide you with the sign in information (Username and Password) for the course.
