Location: The Eastern Shore Literacy Council is located approximately ½ mile north of the Accomack/Northampton County line and 2.6 miles south of the stoplight in Painter.

From Northampton County

Take Route 13 North. ESLC is ½ mile north of the county line, on the left side of the highway in the Kellam Building, next to Sharp Energy.

From Accomack County

Take Route 13 South. ESLC is 2.6 miles south of the stoplight in Painter. It is on the right side of the highway in the Kellam Building, next to Sharp Energy.
