Starfish "Putt A Round for Literacy” Miniature Golf Tournament Announced

The Eastern Shore Literacy Council is pleased to announce its upcoming "Putt A Round for Literacy" Miniature Golf Tournament, a fun-filled event designed to raise funds and awareness for the Literacy Council’s adult tutoring programs and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. The tournament will take place on Saturday October 25 at Surfside Golf on Chincoteague Island, offering friendly competition and community commitment for a great cause.

This exciting event will feature 18 teams, 18 holes of mini golf, course challenges, and prizes for winners. Participants of all ages and skill levels representing local business sponsors will be testing their putting skills while contributing to an Important cause. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in various categories.

The Eastern Shore Literacy Council has been providing free adult ABE and ESL tutoring since 1986 and became a Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library Local Program Partner in 2021.
